Some coffees are pleasant. Sidamo is the kind that makes you put your phone down and just drink. Grade 1 Sidamo, sourced directly from small family farms in the southern Ethiopian highlands. No brokers, no blending, no filler lots mixed in. Just one region, one grade, one standard: exceptional. A light roast brings blueberry and wild florals, bright and clean. Medium roast deepens into dark berry and fudge, with a body that coats the palate in a way that makes the cup feel earned. Dark roast delivers rich cocoa and warm spice with a finish that stays. This is a coffee with personality at every level. Sidamo grows between 1,800 and 2,200 metres on volcanic red soil under twice-daily cloud cover. Those conditions concentrate natural sugars in the cherry and produce a full-bodied sweetness that is unlike anything from other origins. Grade 1 means every lot passes a zero-defect standard. We carry nothing below it. Roasted in small batches in Detroit. Shipped within 48 hours of your order. Pick your roast level and find out what Sidamo tastes like when it is done right.
