BlackberryJasmineStone FruitComplex

Most coffee drinkers have never tasted Guji. That is their loss. This is your chance to fix it. Grade 1 Guji from the highlands of southern Ethiopia, sourced directly from the small family farms that grew it. No brokers. No blending. No compromise on quality. Just one of the most complex, aromatic coffees Ethiopia produces, roasted fresh and shipped straight to your door. At a light roast, Guji opens with blackberry, jasmine, and a brightness that stops you mid-sip. Medium roast brings peach, stone fruit, and dark chocolate depth. Go dark and you get caramel sweetness with bold, lingering fruit. Every roast level reveals something new. That is what makes this origin special. Grown above 1,800 metres in Ethiopia's Oromia region. The altitude, dense forest canopy, and rich volcanic soil concentrate flavor in a way that cannot be replicated anywhere else on earth. This is Grade 1 only. Every lot passes a zero-defect standard before it leaves Ethiopia. Roasted in small batches in Detroit. Shipped within 48 hours of your order. If you have never tried Guji, this bag will change what you expect from coffee.
