Ethiopian Sidamo Green
Sidamo's volcanic red soil and natural processing produce a full-bodied cup with deep sweetness and chocolate complexity a crowd-pleaser that roasts beautifully from light to dark.
Ethiopian Guji Green
Guji is Ethiopia's most expressive cup wild, fruity, and complex in ways that stop experienced roasters mid sip. The natural process creates an intensely jammy blackberry sweetness layered with jasmine florals and sparkling lemon acidity. A standout single-origin that sells itself.

If the coffee is in stock in the US, we fulfill within 2 weeks. If we need to source a specific lot directly from Ethiopia, fulfillment takes 4–6 weeks. We'll always be transparent about availability and timing upfront.
