Choosing an Ethiopian coffee
Every coffee here is Grade 1 single-origin coffee imported directly from Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe is floral and citrus, best for pour-over. Guji is a fruity natural with blackberry and jasmine. Sidamo has berry and chocolate with a fuller body, great for espresso and French press. Roasted coffees are roasted to order in Detroit; the same lots are sold as green coffee beans for home roasters.
