We currently ship retail orders within the United States. For international or wholesale shipping, including Canada, contact us at info@bunautopia.com or see wholesale.

Returns and refunds

Didn't enjoy the coffee? Email us at info@bunautopia.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect order? Send us a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Green beans: Due to the nature of unroasted coffee, returns on green beans are accepted within 7 days if unopened.

How to request a return

Email info@bunautopia.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and resolve it for you.
