An Ethiopian coffee subscription you can taste on a map

The Buna Journey is Buna Utopia's monthly Ethiopian coffee subscription. Every bag is Grade 1 single-origin coffee from Sidamo, Yirgacheffe or Guji, imported directly from Ethiopia. Pick one region you love, or take the Journey and get a different region each delivery. Roasted coffee is roasted after you order, light, medium or dark. Green coffee ships unroasted for home roasters.

  • Roasted coffee: 1 bag (12 oz) $17.99, 2 bags $34.99, 3 bags $49.99 per delivery. Light, medium or dark roast, whole bean or ground.
  • Green coffee: 1 lb $16.99, 2 lb $32.99, 3 lb $49.99 per delivery.
  • Delivery: every 2 weeks, every month or every 2 months.
  • Shipping: free on 2 bags or 2 lb and up. $6 on a single bag.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Buna Journey?

It is our rotating plan. Each delivery features a different Ethiopian region: Sidamo, then Yirgacheffe, then Guji. With 2 or 3 bags, your box mixes regions.

Can I choose just one region?

Yes. Choose Sidamo, Yirgacheffe or Guji and every delivery will be that coffee. You can switch regions anytime.

Can I choose my roast level?

Yes. Pick light, medium or dark roast, and whole bean or ground. You can change it anytime.

How fresh is the roasted coffee?

We roast after your order and ship within 48 hours, so it arrives days after roasting.

Do you offer a green coffee subscription for home roasters?

Yes. Choose Green and get 1, 2 or 3 lb of Grade 1 unroasted Ethiopian coffee on your schedule.

Can I skip or cancel?

Yes. There is no commitment. Skip a delivery, change your plan or cancel anytime from your account.
